Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview, Niagara Falls

Very pleased with this hotel, they allowed us to check in at 6am. Location was excellent walking distance to the falls and other restuarants and attractions. Looking forward to going back when the weather turns warmer.

Everything about this hotel was great from start to finish. Just wish I had a longer visit. Helpful staff, great athmosphere, cool decor - really funky furniture - fabulous amenities - great rooms, wonderful restaurant overlooking the falls, great food. Definitely highly recommended for everybodyand for any occasion.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the falls. It is accessible to many restaurants and other attractions. The rooms were a little on the small side, but very nice. The rooms were clean.

I made my reservation on line, and was socked at the level of service we received, everyone was friendly. The hotel decor is absolutely breathtaking. And the location the New Casino is located across the street, I will definately return. Great Job everyone

I cancelled my reservation before 3 days of my stay, but they charged my credit card.When i called back they are transferring the call to here and there and not responding properly. I did not get my money back till now.So think twice before going to this Hotel....

Wallet went missing from a night-table drawer of the room. Hotel staff had friends within the room and was very defensive when presented with the situation. Did absolutely nothing to investigate the matter but instead offered denials! Never did find the wallet which was in the drawer of a night-table! Beware! Choose other options! Management have very poor customer service skills - not very responsive nor cared to deal with the matter. we were given the run-around when asked for telephone numbers of the gm, owners, etc. Fiiisshhhhyyyy - definitely an inside job! Hilton, Marriott, Fallsview , Double Tree Hotels, all excellent options! If you want to safeguard your belongings and want to deal with an honest and caring staff and hospitality expected from a major hotel you won't find it here! STAY AWAY!

I truly liked our stay here. The room was VERY clean. The rooms are older but the main areas are nice & very modern. We purchased a package that included attraction tickets & full breakfast for 2 days & dinner for 1 day for 2 people. Yes, the parking is $10 u.s. but you will find that parking all around the area is between $10-$20. I liked the fact you self park & you can park right at the hotel. They also have security outside of the hotel.The area around the hotel is safe both during the ay & at night. The hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Having 2 stores right on the property makes it very handy. There were many families with children, which often means a very noisy time but we never had any problems with noise. This is both a family & couple friendly hotel. Very reasonable packages that make it well worth the visit. I will be going back again.

The hotel itself sits away from the main road to all the attractions. The only way to get to the hotel from the Canadian Falls is the Incline Railway..which you have to pay for, otherwise you have to back track and walk around the hill. The fallsview rooms are descent, but unless you are at the far end of the floor you won't see much because of the new casino that is standing infront of the room. We stayed in room 1408 and the view was okay...just the top of the falls. We stayed during the winter so none of the trees had their leaves, I suspect that in the summer time you won't be able to see the falls at all because of the trees. The hotel also charges $18 (Canadian) for parking, after you add all the taxes that adds up to over $20(Canadian) a night. There is a lot across the road that only charges $10/night. We parked there after our second night and had no problems with the car. The hotel itself is very nice and a good romantic getaway; our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff always greeted us when we walked into the lobby. I swim, their "lap pool" is barely 25m, so it was a disappointment when I went to swim, but the water was comfortable and I got a few in. The jets to the spa barely shot out. I'd have to try out a different hotel in the area before I'd stay again. It is a Marriott chain and it does stand up to the name, I wasn't disappointed overall.

The Hotel does not meet the Renaissance standards that I have experienced in the past. The room was small and needed major upgrades. Parking is very expensive $18/night. The staff is very nice. The bed was very comfortable. OVerall it was an OK experience. I will definetly consider the Embassy Suites and the Mariott, which have a better location by the Falls.

The Front Desk staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was so elegant and clean, I loved the bed and bathroom. The view of the falls from the dining room on the 18th floor was breathtaking and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The location couldn't be better, being in the centre we just parked and walked. We absolutely loved this hotel and look forward to coming back. Thanks Renaissance for a lovely stay!
