hands down the worst hotel experience of my life

my room was dirty rude staff and I mean consistantly rude for our entire stay the worst was that they added xtra charges for a screen window we never touched. They just apeared on my credit card statement a month later. I would recomend the cascade

this place is very close to all attractions and is very reasonably priced. i stayed in the jacuzzi suite with my fiance and it was really nice very clean good owners and great service will be back over and over again. would recommend

Both my wife and I were very pleased at the value and the clean room we had. Some expensive hotels we have been in, lacked the quality we found at the Rodeway at Niagara Falls. I think folks would find this place was convenient to all of Niagara Falls attractions.
 
 
 
 
 
Nice place to stay

It was a nice clean room good sized.Price was right and we had a great price for late march even better with our benefits plus savings. central location close to falls and fallsview casino yet a block off of everything so no late noise under your nose.nice staff very willing to point u in right direction.Zappi's is a local Italian joint just on the parking lots edge very good food & homemade sauce the wait was long but worth it.We are not talking 5 stars but if you want a nice clean quiet room for a decent rate this is the one.

wonderful

In a town determined to rip you off, this motel is a welcome & refreshing oasis. VERY friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast restaurant and outstanding location. Would HIGHLY recommend to all.

honest people

first off we got an upgrade to a juquizzi room, and the hotel is realy walking distance from the falls. The best part is I left my $80.00 us okley sunglasses in my room. I called 1 hour after I left, but they had not been turned in. I had giving them up for good as gone. The clerk said if they turned up, she would mail them to me. 9 days later, I return home from vacation, and there is box with my sunglasses in it. It cost them 3.90 to mail it, and there time. You get what you pay for

Received a great Saturday night rate from AAA. Looked at this motel's photos on web page, and thought we were getting a bargain...What the photo didn't show is the L-shaped 2 story, exterior corridor motel rooms in the back of the motel. Although clean, the furnishings were shabby, and the room didn't smell that fresh. Couldn't open the curtains because our view was of the parking lot. When we took our showers, the bathroom steamed up and moisture was on the bathroom walls, toilet, sink and floor. Friendly desk staff, and good proximity to the new casino. Zappi's pizza in front of the motel was great and reasonably priced.
