NEVER AGAIN
By ,
The only good thing about the place- right beside Clifton Hill and very close to the Falls, that is all that is good about it. Don't know how the others are saying very clean, wonderful staff and breakfast. that was not our experience. Our room smelled like feces, the one duvet had some stain on it that I prefer not to guess what it was. The bathroom was not very clean at all. The breakfast was horrible, very crowded and the only thing worse than the food selection was the staff working it. There wasn't any milk for cereal and so I politely mentioned it to one of the staff and she was SO RUDE to me, went mental on me, raising her voice and telling me how busy she is and do I know how heavy the bags of milk are and she just went nuts all over milk. Then one of the other staff came over and she starts talking about me while I am in ear shot. Then she goes back in the kitchen and I see her pointing at me. Needless to say I told her off but this ruined my morning. I told the manager and while he was apologetic didn't offer me any compensation at all other than the next time we come he would give a discount, well that would be good if I ever planned on giving them my business again!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I will pay the extra and walk a few blocks to get to the attractions. Oh yeah, and the pool was incredibly small and overcrowded. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and yet so many people would recommend it. I guess we must have got there when the cleaning staff were on strike and the lady in the kitchen was off her meds. I would not have even given the service, cleanliness or value a one but it would not allow me to give it a zero

very comfortable stay
By ,
This hotel was very good. For the price it was very comfortable, the pool area was clean and so was the hotel. Breakfast there is good too as well, we stayed at another comfort inn in scarborough and it was not up to date as this one. highly recommended!!

We will not be back
By ,
We were initially surprised that the hotel looked the same as it did 12 years before... it is in desperate need of renovations. The rooms (and especially the bathrooms) were not up to standard. The most horrifying thing about our stay was that we discovered a huge ant problem at the seams of the carpet after we had already spent a night in the room. We were moved to a different room but were not compensated at all. The manager we dealt with at check-out was incredibly rude and not apologetic at all. We will not bring our family back to stay at this hotel again.

Good Value/Clean Rooms
By ,
We were in Niagara Falls the long weekend in August (crazy). We stayed at the Comfort Inn. It was very central to the Falls (both), had a nice balcony, free parking, free continental breakfast, in the same square as Tim Horton's, very clean, quiet. The only drawback is that there is a mini putt just outside the hotel that runs until 1 am. That can be very noisy. Would defintely chose this hotel again

This hotel is in the perfect location.
By ,
We stayed at this hotel for three night and discovered it is in the perfect location! It's not a five-star hotel, but our children preferred the dragon water slide as opposed to marble bathtubs. Maid service was timely so our rooms were clean along with comfy beds and air-conditioning. The accomodations helped make our experience in Niagra Falls a very welcoming one. This hotel is within walking distance to everything! Yet, it is tucked away enough as a quiet retreat after all the activities. The pools were well maintained as well as property grounds. Overcrowding at the pools was not an issue! Room rates are very reasonable! The ferris wheel in the parking lot allowed us to view the falls day and night. For $24 you can purchase a pass for five activities including miniature golf, Wax Museum, Cosmic Coaster Ride, etc. Well worth it! Thanks for the great stay! We will be back! Although this hotel is 3 stories high, there is no elevator and the stairwells are "not" airconditioned. If you have young children or have difficulty walking, you might want to request a first-floor reservation. Also, if you have food or drink items that need to be refrigerated, the room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator, so be sure to request one that does.

We are returning this year
By ,
This was a very nice hotel. But beware if you stay in a room with a balcony....close door in the evening. There are racoons that can climb up the brick wall and will drink or eat anything that is left outdoors. We have also been told they will come in if you leave the door open. They served as added entertainment. We are returning this year and have reserved the same rooms.

Awesome and Cheap
By ,
This hotel couldn't get any closer to all of the main attraction. The rooms are cosey, clean and they have awesome breakfasts. This hotel is location right in the middle of resutrants, movies, muesums, arcades, rides and the casino, there is a grocerie store right up the street and so much more.
