Mystery Lake Motor Hotel, Thompson

Have stayed at hotel before, haven't stayed in a long time. Checked in to room very nice, upgraded in the last little while, but shower fauscet handel was broken, you would think it would be fixed asap. I was upset that they offered free wifi that wasn't working, and they have an exercise room that closes early, no where in the rooms does it let u know when it closed, also waited 20mins before the receptionist could "help" me :(.... Don't know if I would recommend this hotel if your looking for things working right.

I've been to many hotels on my travels, however this particular lodge came with TWO ice machines. VERY convenient. I cannnot praise this enough. The snack machines are also top notch. My one complaint is that the Dr. Pepper machine on the second floor does not carry Dr. Pepper. This was unfortunate as Dr. Pepper is delicious. Had I been able to combine both the ice and the Dr. Pepper it would've been incredible. Over all an enjoyable experience. However the Impact staff is useless.

Totally disgusting. Our non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke and spilled beer. The carpets were dirty and we couldn't wait to leave. We were booked for 2 weeks and left after just 3 days.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a great room, great service and the restaurant is tops. It is owned by Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation and they are to be complemented on a really well-run hotel

dislike the rood impact secuirty guards like the rooms, and service, very beautiful, but like i said the impact security guards are way over there limit, very rood, harsh, and make negative comments to the guest, will never go back to the hotal while impact is there.
