Colonial Inn, Brandon

My boyfriend stayed here back in June 2010 for 2 weeks. When I telephoned the reception staff were wonderful in tracking him down. He said the place was great value, very friendly staff, handy for the town and a great eating place 'Applebys' just down the road.

I think this motel might be the best in Brandon dollar-for-dollar. I always stay at the Colonial Inn because it makes sense money-wise. Great location and it is also pet-friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable (and quiet) stay in Brandon at a reasonable price.

My boyfriend stayed here for work for 3 weeks. While he was there the front desk girl was working more than the front desk... she began texting his cell phone and eventually led him to have an affair with him. Very unprofessional. Don't let your husbands/boyfriends stay here for extended periods of time. I'm absolutely disgusted.

I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IT IS CLEAN QUIET AND FRIENDLY STAFF AND SO CLOSE TO MOST OF THE THINGS WHENEVER I VISIT BRANDON I SLEEP THERE

I enjoyed the location, its very convient and space wise. I would definitely come back to spend my evenings and outings. Keep up the good work!

The room I had was clean, looked newly renovated, and very comfortable. Reasonable rates, quiet (no bar attached, which is what I liked). Kids enjoyed their stay and I would and am going to stay there again.

The place is disgusting - couldn't wait to get out - I wanted to sleep in our van in the parking lot, but my wife wouldn't let me. Don't stay at this hotel.

The bathrom is exceptionally small, with mildew and poorly patched tiles and plumbing fixtures, the "bath" towels are 2x4 feet, and larger ones are not available; and the pool is only open from 9am-10pm making it impossible to use mornings for business users
