Victoria Regent Waterfront, Victoria

We stayed in a two bedroom suite overlooking the inner harbor. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere and the staff was very cordial and helpful in suggesting restaurants with excellent reputations. We would definetly stay there again. It's the best value in Victoria.

We stayed in one of their two-bedroom, two-bath suites for two days last summer. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It had 3 TV's, a full kitchen, a dining table set, and a balcony overlooking the bay. The staff was helpful and the service was excellent. We got complimentary newspapers, bottled water, and chocolate mints. Breakfast consisted of danishes, muffins, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, juices, and milk. The hotel rooms (most, if not all) overlook the bay. The hotel is just blocks from the RBC Museum, Parliament building, the ferry, restaurants, and other sites. The hotel parking was gated and secure with plenty of parking spots, though the parking spots are tight if you have a large SUV or minivan. The rates were comparable to other hotels in the area. If we ever visit Victoria, BC again, we would likely stay there again!

I stayed in September - 2005. We stayed in an executive two bedroom suite. What a wonderful place. There was a bit of a noise problem from the street, but the location is so great. The rooms are absolutely wonderful and incredibly large. I can not imagine a better room in Victoria, in fact we have only been in a very few places that would even compare through out the world. In fact – I would have to say the only places that would compare or beat it were true villas, like the one in Tuscany we recently stayed in… The staff is wonderful and gracious. So much so, my wife and I are returning this fall to spend our 25th anniversary in this hotel and beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel, but try to avoid the street side rooms…
