THE FRONT DESK STAFF MADE US FEEL LIKE VALUED CUSTOMERS! WHEN EVER WE PASSED BY THEY REMEMBERED OUR NAMES, ASKED US WHERE WE WENT FOR DINNER AND EVEN OFFERED TIPS ON GREAT LOCAL PLACES TO VISIT! A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

We've stayed at this hotel three times and we're planning our next trip. The rooms are always clean and spacious and we always try to stay in and take advantage of the ammenities. We've suggested this hotel to several friends and none of them have been disappointed.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inns I've ever visited. The pool and hot tub are large and extremely clean. All the facilities were great. Everything was seamless - wireless access outside, great internet connection in the room, and very nice amenities. The room was clean, large enough for the two of us, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. I found the location (right off the highway) convenient for getting around Vancouver & North Vancouver. The only snafu was on my last morning - the gate to the parking lot broke & I couldn't get the car out. They called the maintenance company immediately and offered to pay for a cab to wherever I needed to go. Luckily they fixed it right away and I was able to retrieve the rental car. The restaurant is more of a diner, and I would like to see a nicer restaurant added to the property, but all in all it really is one of the best Holiday Inns I've stayed at.
