Definatly no dislikes all the best you could ever get,& more we were on hoilday we used to live in the UK but now live in Alberta also we had visitors that were visiting us from Ireland so from entering the foyer to saying goodbye so so friendly & very caring towards all, we had our dog with us as she is part of our family she was spoilt by the wonderful staff they are so dog friendly it made you feel so at ease we ate in the pool bar, food was that good we ate there for the time of vacation again staff very friendly & efficient, when we know we will be going back to Kelowna we won't be looking to book anywhere else this is the best you can get,
