Its very important that you get a cancellation confirmation from this motel. I cancelled the room in advance according to motel policy and the attendant told me they did not give out cancellation numbers. I would suggest you send a fax to confirm cancellation to protect yourself as a customer. The motel charged me for the room as they "didn't believe me" that I had cancelled the room even though I had phone records to prove my telephone call.
