Banff Park Lodge, Banff

I made sure to book a hotel with a nice pool for my kids to go into - i looked on the internet and found one with the Banff Park Lodge -only to find out that once i got there they had to be out by 9 -nowhere did i see this till i checked in - when you ski for the day then you go out for a nice supper we usually end up in the pool at around 8ish but of course booted out at 9 - my kids were very upset -they are mature teenagers- i never would have stayed there if i new of the stupid hours - i also found the front desk service department to be extremely snobbish -- right off the bat - also the hidden fees were painful - to park in the underground parking they charged me 9.50 per day -they explained to me with a snobbish attitude that i can park on the street but with limited parking hours ---wow talk about a way to get you to pay more -wifi was extra as well - never never will i stay again-the rest of the town was extremely friendly -ski time was awesome

Staff are very helpful! Very clean hotel, we have never been skiing before and we traveled from the UK and i assure you this hotel is absolutly superb! Breakfast is great, Lunch we eat out all the time, we did try an evening meal (Curry) wasnt that great, but us Brits like our curries right, hehe. Seriously though, i would highly recommend it and we will definatly going back their! AAAA++++++++

I absolutely loved this hotel... the jacuzzi suite was absolutley wonderful and it was very clean! We had amazing service in the restuarants and the room was really clean and beautiful.. The shower had 6 shower heads and it felt like a massage.. Nothing but a great experience and I have been to alot of hotels!!! I highly recommended to anyone! The prices are way to good to pass up!!
