Management is terrible!

Had to cancel one night stay at this motel. Manager said I did not need a cancellation number. Guess what, my credit card got billed for that night. When I called the motel about this problem, the manager told me there was no record of my cancelation. LIAR-LIAR-LIAR
 
 
 
 
 
Its a horrible place - beg bugs, dirty, cold.

I stopped there because it was bitter cold out side. It was colder in the room then it was outside. No one would answer the phone. No one was manning the desk. It was dirty, It had bed bugs, It took a Dr's appointment and medicine to get rid of the bites. DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check in was terrible; reservations were NOT listed even after they had been confirmed the day before. Rooms were fair. Breakfast was very poorly provided. If there is any other motel around with vacancies we will NEVER stay at this Super 8 Motel again; and we mean NEVER!
