Days Inn Casper, Casper

I had no negative experiences. Nice place. Breakfast was fine, room was nice, and location was good. I've certainly seen worse on this trip.

We got there and checked in, got our keys and go to our rooms. The keys don't work. We had two rooms and the keys didn't work in either room. So we went back, they acted all surprised saying the outside doors usually give them the most problems (though our keys worked fine in those locks) and they supposedly fixed our keys. Well, they still only worked 1/20th of the time. We didn't feel much like hassling with that to get dinner so we ordered pizza. Nothing in the room was plugged in- including the phone! The toilets didn't like to flush, you have to hold the lever down for a minute solid before they would flush. Then we went to get pepsi's from the machines, those didn't work either. The nice things about the hotel were the free wifi, the air conditioning worked, and the beds and towels were clean- and the water pressure in the shower was really good too. considering we were on our way home from a week long camping trip, this was still a luxury. I've just had better hotel service from other Days Inn hotels than this one.

We stayed 2 nites during state wrestling. We returned to our room late saturday night to find it had not been cleaned............when I asked about it at the front desk he did not believe me. Then after he verified, he said he could only do a 10% discount for our inconvience. Let me think we paid full price for a dirty room????????????? How wrong is that! I asked that the manager call me and he has yet to call. We go to Casper a lot for high school sports and we will not stay there again. Terrible service. Bathroom dirty...............

We checked inn and checked out 5 hours later. The noise level was outrageous. Parking lot drunks and the rooms all around us left the doors open and were loud and children up and down the halls yelling. No sleep. Tub would not drain. Phone pulled out of the wall. Alarm clock broken. The last straw was when I dropped my babies clean new diaper on the floor and I picked it up to find black dog or cat hair and dust covering it. They would not give us a refund and ended up paying $117 for a disgusting room.

Have stayed there more than once. Upstairs is nice clean rooms good maid staff I believe recently remodeled. Downstairs is not so nice and rooms did not get cleaned well...

Large Days Inn. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet even though it was very large. Not easy to find since Casper was very spread out. Would stay there again. Microwave and refrig. Next to the North Platte Restaurant. Dinner was reasonable but at breakfast 3 egg omelette with meat was DEFINITELY not 3 egg and the meat was difficult to find.
