Luna Inn & Suites, Wisconsin Dells

When we first got to our room it smelled like insecticide. We saw dead flies on the carpeting. The toilet was dirty. (I cleaned the toilet myself. )And the Bathroom floor had hair. We didn't spend the second night there. When I reported what we found to the clerk behind the desk she just grimaced. She didn't offer to reimburse us for anything. Kinda like, Oh, well. So long Luna!!

Been going to the Luna for 10+ years, always a room, owners are the best, rooms always clean and well keep

Hotel is located a few blocks from Noahs Ark.Hotel itself is on the "strip" and is close to all attractions. If your looking for a hotel with outdoor waterslides,lazy rivers and restaurants to eat at...this is NOT for you.If you want a nice cozy room with the basics (tv/fridge/microwave)indoor outdoor pool and have money left over to spend on other activities,then this is the place you want to stay at.This motel doesnt have the amenities that other hotels have but youll also have to pay more than double at the other hotels. Its a matter of what your looking for,if you want the indoor water park than go pay over 200 bucks for it.If all you need is a cozy room and indoor/outdoor pool with lots of cash saved,then I recommend this hotel.
