A Waste of time and money!!!

First, we walked in, thinking it would be a normal hotel check-in. We were told one price over the phone, then once we traveled all the way there, the price ended up being twice as much. When we raised questions about the whole ordeal, the owner started screaming and yelling at us! I don't know for sure if he had a bad day or not, but he was completely unreasonable and reacted in a way that would put my five year old son to shame! He embarrassed my entire family in front of other people, who also walked out. Took my 60 year old father aside and demanded an apology! In front of my five year old! I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never in my wildest dreams imagined treating a HUMAN BEING this way!!! We DID NOT deserve this treatment, nor does anybody!!! We are in the DAYS INN down the street and are more than happy and having a CARE FREE vacation. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE

Very Nice, Will Go Back

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived late evening after traveling for 13 hours and they were able to find us a room for the night even though they were very busy. My wife and I were very appreciative. The room was quite clean as was the entire Motel. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. My wife and I highly recommend this Best Western

I was very happy with the service and cleanliness of the motel. The staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. I look forward to staying at the Best Western on all my return trips up north.

Best place in Rice Lake to stay

The Best Western is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the price you can't beat. My whole family stayed here when we came in and everyone remarked on how nice of a hotel it is and how pleased they were.
