A Waste of time and money!!!

First, we walked in, thinking it would be a normal hotel check-in. We were told one price over the phone, then once we traveled all the way there, the price ended up being twice as much. When we raised questions about the whole ordeal, the owner started screaming and yelling at us! I don't know for sure if he had a bad day or not, but he was completely unreasonable and reacted in a way that would put my five year old son to shame! He embarrassed my entire family in front of other people, who also walked out. Took my 60 year old father aside and demanded an apology! In front of my five year old! I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never in my wildest dreams imagined treating a HUMAN BEING this way!!! We DID NOT deserve this treatment, nor does anybody!!! We are in the DAYS INN down the street and are more than happy and having a CARE FREE vacation. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE
