Paragon Hotel, Bellevue

Expected this hotel to be more deluxe for the cost of the room. The rooms are sparate from the main hotel so we had to go outside to get to the main desk. Never did find the little bridge pictured in the advertisement. Restaurant was nice.

Our hotel room was dirty, there was "something" dripping down the bathroom walls, I can only imagine what it was. The beds smelled musty and mildewy. The service was completely terrible and, as another user mentioned, not apologetic or at all accomidating. We booked a room with 2 queens, and instead received one King, which 3 of us ended up sleeping in while another slept on a roll away. They staff would not give us a different room. We waited for nearly 20 minutes in the hotel lobby for an answer to a question, and were forgotten about. When we approached the desk to inquire again we were told "Oh yeah, I forgot, they called like 20 minutes ago, they can't help you." I would rather sleep in my car than every stay at this hotel again.

The pool water was dirty, talked to someone else there who said he has received bed bug bites. Service was terrible. Staff had bad attitudes. Will never stay there again.

My daughter and her friend stayed here and they both got a bad case of bed bug bites and had to get on antibiotics . . . DO NOT STAY HERE - IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

The place was underconstruction - the workers were living and partying in the rooms - If I could have found another room I would have been out of there.
