Super 8 Moses Lake, Moses Lake

I stayed here in room 111 and left my camera there, didn't realize until I got home. Next day, I called and they said their housekeepers would Never keep what was left behind So my question IS ~ Who did MY camera go home with as it wasn't with me. I can NEVER get those memories back Geez let them keep the damn thing just send me MY memory card :^(

Entry stairs at back of building poorly lit, stair & hallway carpets dirty, room key wasn't keyed correctly x 2, reservations for 3 but only enough room supplies for 2, sheets came off mattresses during night (both beds), water reservoir in coffee pot dirty & dusty, hair dryer broken & fell off wall, AC broken and falling off wall, no screen in window, digital clock broken, bathroom floor dirty, drinking glasses in bathroom not sanitary.... Heard enough? However, breakfast was good.

my first time to stay at this super 8 they offer hunter rate very good deal clean room breastfast starts at 5 am the staff is very helpful they know how to treat there guest i will return hear every time as long they have there hunter rates

I stay at a lot of super 8 when i am on travel the this super 8 i stayed at was great very clean nice breakfast clean rooms they look like they have been remodeled not to long ago the staff is very nice there allways clean or doing some thing i have not to many staff member doin this at the other super 8s i have stayed at i will stay hear again.

I stayed at this location 5 years ago .The staff is very helpfull I like the idea of cookies they serve at night .The good thing is close to freeway .The place looks different .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. So much noise all night from rowdy guests that sleeping was impossible. Numerous complaints to management did not correct situation. Room was dank and dirty, felt like a cave. Carpets were soiled, did not want to walk around without my shoes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are much better hotels within walking distance. Save your money!!!!

Joann was very helpfull she not only meet our needs but was so caring I like the new look and there extended breakfast. I will be returning to this place

I wish that I could remember the girl who helped me from the start because that was the only good thing that happened in this place. Upon arriving in moses Lake we kinda got lost so we called the holel. Boy was that a mistake. I could have gotten better help from a stray cat who can't even talk! She had no clue about the city in which she lived and truly didn't care. When we finally made it here and into our room I had to go into the bathroom. Oh more lord! Dirty and an overwhelming smell of urine burned my nose so bad I had to call down for lysol. So ok we obviously have to stay so the children decided to try the pool. I really meant to say the indoor giant ice cube because of how cold it was. My daughter would not even enter that pool. Please if you are of sound mind try somewhere else
