Hotel Layout Request
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/11/09
Sirs: This not a review. This a request for information. Your web site offers no other means of contact. I will be attending the Pacific Northwest Writers Conference (07/30 - 08/02/09) but am handicapped and need to know distances between interior venues. I use a cane for short distances but will need wheels for anything longer than a city block. Do you have electric wheelchairs (ala grocery store "shoppers") available? You may contact me at tere@olympus.net or call (360) 379-4057. Terence R. Seward Port Townsend, WA

Thanks to the Bell Captains!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/05/09
We loved the energy and attitud of Clay... He treated us like he owned the hotel and we were his VIP relatives in his own home! You should clone Clay... He was knowledgeable about the area and had the "Yes We Can" attitude! We also would like you to recognize also Sailiman, and Alberto! Two other outstanding customer relations staff! We were disapointed that you had wireless conection available in only in certain areas... and that the hot tub/ spa was located outside... and not under cover... E & L Cohen

Great place next to the airport
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/26/07
The hotel is close to the airport (right across the street) and just down the road from a great restaurant called '13 Coins'. It's great if you're just going for one or two nights. Rooms are clean, surprisingly quiet being near the airport and the staff is friendly.

Good beds, bad foods, no internet
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/24/07
The beds were incredible to sleep in, and the hotel relatively quiet. The staff was friendly. However, the food served at the conference was awful, and THERE IS NO FREE INTERNET. If you buy the internet in hourly increments they are contiguous, so you must use them all at once. There are several choices next to the airport with good beds, so I will choose one of them next time.

You get what you pay for
By Sadie, 03/05/07
OK, Priceline is great, I paid $45.00 per night. Their normal rate is $186.00 per night. Do the math here that’s a great savings even with the parking fee. I read the reviews before I left for a four-day trip2/27/07 to 3/2/07 to the Hilton in Seattle. I have to admit I was concern before I left. Yes, many comments here are correct. However if you use Priceline than you know how it works. . . Which is you get the lower price room in exchange of taking a room that would be less desirable to other travelers. So you either pay full price or you save money and take a room that may have a few imperfections. The imperfections have been a small bathroom, a room on a busy street, no air conditioning, an ice machine outside the room door ETC. I have used Priceline several times and Yes the room is not perfect but I have always been happy with the room. I really enjoy the price. I do not spend much time in the room when I’m traveling so I would rather pay the lower price. Piceline does need to tell its customers about addition expenses that will occur with certain rooms, as here at the Hilton at SeaTac. Had I not read the reviews before I left, I would not have known about the sixteen dollars a day parking fee. For some people on a strict budget this expense could be a major problem. I don’t know if you could contest the price after finding out about extra fees you will incur by taking this room. This is the first time I have encountered this problem, but I think it should be checked. All in all my room was very comfortable and I love the price, the room served the purpose I needed, a comfortable, clean place to stay while away from home. Deborah
