Alright
By sheilafromAustin, 07/28/08
Its a budget motel for sure. The room is clean, you can hear your neighbors well, the decor looks like they recently renovated but its not at all complete. The windows look like they are about to fall off their tracks, and I wouldn't want to stay here as a woman alone because it felt like the door could be pushed open too. But it was good for me and my budget minded family for one night. No coffee maker, but there is a mini fridge, which was a nice amenity. There was free internet, really nice amenity! and the front staff was really nice.

I'D LOOK ELSEWHERE
By Goose, 05/26/07
The motel is very close to the street resulting in lots of traffic noise intruding into the room. The bed is fine for one adult but two adults in one bed will suffer. The A/C unit fan only comes on during its AC cycle which means you can't use it for noise control. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Decent Hotel

Plumbing was not good in one room and we got changed to another room. The free breakfast was not extravagant.Beds were good. You have free wireless internet. Overall stay is good.

Never again...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/16/07
...would I even go near this hotel, or even admit that I stayed there. While I will give the other reviewers credit for mentioning the friendly service, everything else was completely erroneous and likely written by staff and employees of this hotel in a desperate attempt to attract guests. First, although interesting, we witnessed a bank robbery within walking distance of the hotel. Next, we paid extra for a non-smoking room, but when we entered the room it was as though someone had just put out a cigarette. I didn't go back to ask for a new room because I figured there were no real non-smoking rooms and feared what else might lie behind another door. Every surface in the room was covered with cigarette burns, plastic and price tags were still covering lamps, disgusting, mysterious stains dripped down the walls, the bed was at least decades old, uncomfortably springy, wrapped in stained and, of course, cigarette burned sheets and blankets...I wouldn't dare lay under the covers or walk on this floor. We got up as early as possible to escape this hotel before crack seeped into our systems through the air or we got a disease. Finally, we tried using their wonderfully-acclaimed wireless, but you have to go to the desk to get a username and password...even when calling the desk from within the hotel...and this, too, is very telling. Why would someone in the hotel not be a legitimate guest whom they'd be willing to give a username and password to? Hummm....I would never ever recommend this hotel, not to anyone!

Perfect motel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/29/06
This was a great stay. Motel is clean. Staff is very friendly. Many nice restaurants close by, just ask the staff. Perfect location close to the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. I highly reccommend this motel to anyone staying in this area.

Won't stay again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/18/06
No radio alarm clock, No kleenex, No pen or note pad, stains of coffee on the nightstand that had not been cleaned off. Bare room wih bare neccessities.NO breakfast! Not even a little bit! Bed sheets kept comming off the bed the whole not. Old rough towels. NO PARKING!!! Good luck with a bigger car like suburban. Low quality No English speaking maids Hassle to get anything. Wake up call was late! I would not recommend this place, nor stay in it again. For just a little bit more money you can get a lot more wuality. And trust me its not worth the few dollars you would be saving by staying there.

Great Place to Stay for Value minded Customers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/18/06
This hotal was great ! I loved the location and really didn't notice the Airplane noise everyone was talking about .It was clean and we even got a microwave and Fridge for no extra charge. If you are Budget minded then this is the place for you.Don't expect 4 star ,just a nice clean quiet place to safely stay for the night. The only problems I did have was people standing around outside their rooms talking but that was only during the day & don't expect much in they way of breakfast. While we were there for 4 days all they ever had was some banana's,pre-packaged muffins/danishs, juice, and coffee. It didn't bother me though as there are MANY places nearby that serve GREAT breakfasts. All in all ,its a good place to stay and save money .

No problems here
By Gone, 02/27/06
Not sure if the reviews from above for this hotel was given for the same one that I stayed in, which was Des Moines, Washington, but I must say that I was not looking for anything other than a place to lay my head while I was out and about town. My room was clean and I had no trouble with "thin walls" whatsoever. The room was thoroughly cleaned while I and my family were in town. Also, the office help was very friendly as well (smiles). I would recommend this hotel if one is not looking for the more "fancier" persk such as a refrigerator and blow dryer. Again, I speak of my own personal stay at the Des Moines, Washington unit.

Worst stay ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/20/05
This hotel forced me to pay for my whole 5 day reservation even after Itried to cancel before 3 p.m. on the date of arrival. The "non-smoking" rooms smell awful and stuffy and have obvious signs of being smoking rooms (like several dozen cigarrette burns on the bathtub, sheets with cigarette burns and holes in them, smokey air, etc). Noise through the ceiling and walls passes very easily. The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise passes easily through the windows. The AC does no good at freshening the air and if you leave the window open the noise is unbearable. The hotel will lie to you and then deny that they lie to you when you try to resolve any difficulties with them.

Not so great...
By Danielle, 08/15/05
The staff was very friendly and worked with us to solve some problems that arose. However, the hotel itself was very sterile and the security was poor. The door didn't have any kind of deadbolt lock, the walls were paper thin, and most of our handles were broken off the dresser and replaced with string. We were unfortunately placed into a smoking room (both of us non-smokers) and thus we noticed the burn holes in the comforter and the smell of stale cigarettes hanging in the air. I would not recommend this hotel to families or to anyone who plans on using their room as a surrogate home while traveling. This hotel is strictly for those who need a bed and a shower and are soon going to be on their way. Note: This hotel is close to Sea-Tac airport and several bus stops.
