Dirty Room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/05
The area is beautiful, but the room was awful. There was a thick layer of dust all over every thing. One lamp didn't work at all the others were so dim you literally could not read a book or magazine. Since there are no amenities all you can do is twiddle your thumbs. I would never stay there again. Also, I was afraid I was going to get athlete's foot form the shower. Poor, Poor!!!!!!!!!!!! can't say enough bad about it.

lake crescent lodge
By diane, 07/14/04
beautiful surroundings- like being in a fairly tale. the lake and surrounding forests are peaceful and serene. the only fault here is in the cabins themselves- they are comfortable, but there is not enough hot water for a shower and the walls are thin. there are also no laundry facilities, so not good if you stay more than a week. however, if you can do without these amenities and are looking to get away from cities/suburbia, this is the place. visited in the spring before the crowds came. will go back again.
