Nalani the night supervisor is fabulous!!

Nalani is a gem, I booked the room with her over the phone and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I've since called for other services and again Nalani was fabulous, being very helpfull. All staff was very kind even though there were several conventions over the weekend and it was really busy. Honestly, I've stayed at really high end hotels and your staff services were better...you should be proud of them.

Wont do this one again

The bed are comfortable, easy freeway acess. Clean..Why we won't be back the rooms are very small..The hotel hotwater went out while there no shower..the breakfast didn't start till 7am to late for some..and it was a seated breakfast because they do have enough seating and took us a hour the next day to get in to eat..the breakfast is good but the setup is bad for a hotel of that size..They have a 24 hr pool and hottub the hottub was also broke on our stay..Did complain to desk staff. They never followed through with me..

Good place to stay

Nice place to stay in Everett, WA if you are going to any location they do have a bus to take you any place. They are not far from I5 & good place to eat either at Denny's accross the street or right there at the hotel.

Just like a 4 Star hotel

Great, friendly service. Outstanding staff who went out of their way to help me have a great time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. There is even a free shuttle to the Outlet Mall, Future of Flight Museum, and Casino. Awesome!

Great place to stay

My wife and I loved everything about this place. Will stay there again. The rooms were very clean, the restraunt was great and the food was great.

Clean room and good service

We stayed here after our shopping spree in the Seattle Premium Outlet. It's a bit far away from the outlet (abt 20 mins drive) but it's close to Seattle. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

location right off the I-5 a little noisy...turn on the fan! Good facilities. Holiday Inn's are learning fast that good service and decor are aprreciated. A Non-smoking hotel that smells fresh.

I love this place!

I love this place it is clean smells good too.my kids love the pool and hot tub!the service is great.the rooms and bathrooms are very clean,the people are great!we will be back soon!

Dining a pleasure

The dining area is really well done, however, the food being served is the amazing thing. I ordered prime rib which is my manner of measure. It was exactly as ordered. The sides were perfect. The atmosphere is up to any ones standard. The wait staff was attentive but did not "hover". A nice touch. I compare this to my all time favorite Bistro San Martin of Arlington. An excellent addition to Everett's growing better cuisine.

dirty!

The staff was very nice but the hotel was very dirty. There was a horible musty smell all throughout. The mirrors in the hall ways were stained with a gross substance the the entire week of our stay, on the last day they finally cleaned it.
