This dump booked 2 rooms for me then only cancelled one after I called and charged me for a no-show

Worst experience ever. Mold on the carpet, bathroom floor full of water, no soap to wash your hands with, room smelled, furniture broken, chairs had large burns holes, no coffee maker, no coffee, room was overall nasty. Complained to assistant manager and was told "sorry, I don't have anywhere else to put you." Will not stay there again.

Paul B. May `8, 2009 Clerk refused to accept coupon from Super 8 ad in local discount book. We were told we had to take a larger room for more money. We did. Couch and two chairs were broken and so worn out they could not be used. The floor lamp looked like it boxed three rounds and lost. The front of the air conditioner was missing. Finally got the unit to puff some cool air. The room, towels and sheets were clean and the queen bed comfortable. The continental breakfast helped keep our expenses down. Would not recommend this motel. Will be contacting the corporation via letter with pictures. My rating: two stars on a ten star scale.

My mother and I took a trip to visit her dad in Charlottesville, we were going to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. We made reservations, and we came to check in, got our room. We went to our room, and it smelled like very strong air freshener. The beds we dirty, one wasn't even made! The shower had hair in it. We went and asked for a different room. We went to our different room, the carpet was wet, the room smelled heavily of smoke and air freshener, and again, the shower had hair in it! The beds were both sunken, and the sheets were worse than the last rooms! We left and found a different hotel. We will not go back here. When I got my credit card statement a month later, I saw that they charged me twice! I called them and complained about the situation, and they said they could take one charge off, but not the other one, because I did not cancel before 6 pm that night! I said I couldn't stay there because it was so disgusting! I called my credit card company, disputed it, won, and I will never stay there again.

I STAYED IN JULY '07 THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE BLEACH- I TRIED TO COVER IT UP WITH AIR FRESHNERS NO RELIEF. BOTH BEDS HAD FOOD?STAINS ON THE BLANKETS/COMFORTERS. THE AC IS AUTOMATIC SO YOU CAN LEAVE IT ON TO BE VERY COLD OR TURN OFF AND TRY TO USE THE WINDOW THAT DOES' THAVE A SCREEN-HELLO BEES. THE HALLWAY TO THE ROOM IS NOT WELL LIT-ALTHOGH YOU'RE INSIDE BE CAREFUL GREAT LOCATION, 7-ELEVEN IS ACROSS THE STREET FREE CONTENTIAL BREAKFAST BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PASY FOR.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. We paid $120.00 per night for terrible accomodations. Rooms that were supposed to be "non-smoking" smelled either of smoke or of strong pine cleaner used to masque the odor. There were not enough towels and obtaining them from staff was very difficult and inadequate. The bathroom walls were stained, and a used washcloth from a previous guest was on the counter when we checked-in. The bed linens were disgusting. The blankets were soiled, torn and had burn marks. The sheets were wrinkled and not too clean. We stayed for 3 days, yet one of those days our room was never touched by the Housekeeping Staff. What did our $120.00 go toward?

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the chairs all had questionable stains, the mattress was ridiculously thin, and the sheets and blankets had holes in them. Customer service was horrible - they did nothing to remedy the situation - they didn't even apologize. Save your money and sleep in your car!

this is one of the best value motel in charlottesville.very friendly staff and good breakfast,high speed wireless internet is very fast and helpfullmotel is located near restaurent.the beds are very good and we get very nice sleep

The motel is conveniently located near a few restaurants and a 7-11 across the street. Walmart is only 5 minutes away. However, the parking is tough to non existent and the rooms seem to have bed bugs in them. Mites?.....I overheard the teller discuss with the owner about a bug complaint in another room. The next day, my wife said I should have told her, because she believes she got bitten as well. And so for about $8.00 more, we can get a 4 star motel. But if you don't have much money, then take a raid bomb with you before you sleep for the night or some "OFF".......try another motel.
