I really liked this location the lady that checked me in at the hotel had the greatest customer service that I had encountered in a while from some of the other daysinn hotels that I have stayed in . The service was so wonderful that I had to find out the lady name which is Mrs. Angela Phillips so that I can at least let someone know how pleased I was with this location service. As far as my room they were nice and clean everything was right at hand I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning again.

We strongly do NOT recomend this motel. Obviously you can't expect too much at this price but apart from the general seediness of the room and the feel that it wasn't really clean we had to interact with an obnoxious tattooed front desk man. While loading our car, our room key deactivated (one hour before check out time) and when we went to front desk the male took a major attitude and yelled at ME !! Pretty obnoxious character.

At check-in the staff was really rude. The pool was nasty wouldn't get in it. There were no Towels in the room. The bathroom was really nasty mold in the shower. The AC and the fridge worked great.

Fantastic location--for those of you who do not mind a bit of a walk (15 minutes), only reasonbly priced hotel in town that is in walking distance to William and Mary. It isn't fancy but is clean and affordable.

Well upon arrival they told us that they had overbooked for the weekend so they did not have a room for us. After waiting about 30 mins. for a resolution (ex. refund or room at another days inn) they found a room available. We requested and PAID for a non-smoking, pool side room and ended up in a back room near the dumpster and it reeked of smoke! I should have listened to the reviews I read about this location. Its hard to get comfortable. The customer service was ok to us, but they were very rude to a few other people in the lobby complaining about various things wrong with their rooms. The air condition in the room felt like a heater. It felt like a fan. The room was outdated and the bathroom really small.

DO NOT stay here! Upon checking in (at almost 10 pm, after a 4 hour drive), some woman in the lobby stopped us to try and sell us vacation packages and wouldn't take no for an answer. Then when we got to our room, it smelled very moldy and was horrible humid. The bathroom lights didn't work, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, and I felt like I needed a shower after being in the room for 20 minutes! We did NOT sleep here but promptly checked out and found a cleaner, nicer hotel!

This hotel has many nearby restaurants( ReD Lobster, Olive Garden, Mama's Steve,Ruby Thuesday, and many more, there are many atractions to visit and have great fun. All the employees gave to us a good service.
