I will never use this hotel again!

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were told that one of our rooms were ready and the other two would be ready in ten minutes. Not a problem, we decided to put all our luggage in this room and give the kids a place to settle down after the long car ride. We had a group of six adults and five kids. We arrived at the room which was a non-ocean front only to see that non-ocean front was practically in their parking garage. The keys to the room didn't work so we had to go back to the desk. We learned that they had given us the wrong room and that the other rooms were not going to be ready. As a matter of fact, according to the staff, they did not even have us registered for any other rooms. This was despite the confirmation information they mailed out. The desk staff that told us this just walked out at that point and did not return leaving a lobby full of people waiting in line and one of his co-workers crying at the desk. The manager refused to come to the front. Over an hour later, with the whole group standing on a narrow balcony with all the luggage, we finally got two rooms. We decided to make the best of this situation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Rooms were dark, musty and tub had to be scrubbed to remove mildew. Hotel should be rated 1 star.
