Super 8 Ogden, Ogden

Bathroom: Mildew on the walls, dime-sized hole in the bathtub, towels were 1 step from being rags (2 threadbare bath, 1 hand, 2 washcloths), safety strip ripped/black/scummy on edges, repairs in wall plastered but not painted, window (ground floor) wouldn't lock, and vertical crack length of window, but good news- there was a dowel in 3/4 of the track! Shampoo but no conditioner. Tacky, tacky furniture. coffee stain on walls, cramped room. Smoke coming out of NS rooms (in hallway smells horrible) NOTE: Last night I stayed in Baker City at a Super 8 that was great- very clean, great thick linens (3 towels, 3 handtowels, fan-folded washcloth, great bathmat), shampoo & conditioner, nice furniture. A complete opposite of the dump in Ogden. Already unloaded, went to dinner without looking in the room other than to drop stuff. Too tired to move everything again, but not walking on carpet without my shoes. Have been swatting at a fly (In October!!), now I'm worried about bedbugs! Hanging luggage!! Ick.

Everything works ok, but this place is old. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub is somewhat grungy. The location is good, just off the freeway. After having been on the road for over 3 weeks and staying in several hotels, I know you can do much better in this price range. I'd look around.

Nice Rooms, Reasonable rates like every Super 8. I realy loved the Complementry Hot Waffles. Its convenient, just off I-15 Exit 343.

I liked the comfort and friendly attitude of the employees and visitors as well. I believe guests at the motel consider this as their Home Away from Home. Is'nt that great!

FOUR WORDS: CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY, CONVINIENT. Its a nice motel and adjuscent to freeway, thats my thing rather than driving after exiting. Thanks Super 8 Ogden.
