5 reviews for Days Inn, Ogden
Nice Pool; Below average room and service
By Oregon Family, 07/05/09
The pool temp. was PERFECT and was a good size to allow everyone to have fun. The rooms were small; without any privacy barriers. They were stingy about towels. Our family of 5 was allotted 3 bath towels. Breakfast hours are too short for vacationers (okay for business travelers). The pool may bring my family back.

bad motel
By SallyJ, 03/10/07
the first room we looked at was not cleaned yet,so we went back to get another room.the first room was outside behind the building so when we were changing rooms i asked for a room in the enclosed area inside the building.the manager said ok,then gave us the card key for a room that also turned out to be outsine.the hot tub was nice but it was not nice to go out in the snow and 20 something degree weather to go back to the room.

horrable experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/11/05
The Pool was alright. The rooms and halls were somewhat clean, but not great. There were water stains on the walls and roof. The service was extremely poor, the owner himself was every rude. The staff was very lazy and unhelpful. All the staff and the owner didn't care about my business there, or if I was comfortable on my visit to Ogden. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Days Inn in Ogden Utah. It is a very poor motel and the staff and owner have very poor costemer service.

We will never stay there!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/05
We had requested connecting rooms by the pool and a refrigerator when we made our reservations a month ahead of time. We were led to believe we would have these accomodations when we spoke on the phone. When we arrived, the manager said we would not get any of our requests. He said they were only requests and it did not mean we would get them. He was very rude about it. The manager told us our room numbers, and we went to go see the rooms. Not only were our rooms not by the pool, they were not even in the same building! They were back behind the main building, and our rooms were not even next to each other. We noticed that the rooms by the pool were all empty and already cleaned. There was no luggage in any room and few people or cars were at the hotel. We went back up to the front desk to ask the manager about all the empty rooms. The manager became even more rude and yelled at us. We left and stayed at the Holiday Inn where they were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. We had a great time at the Holiday Inn. We will never stay at the Days Inn in Ogden.

Won't Honor Their Own Internet Price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/05
We checked prices on the Days Inn website and called the hotel directly. They said they would take care of the price adjustment when we arrived. Well they still have not taken care of it and I will not stay there again. The manager was never in even when I was told he would be there. Refused to return calls. It is close to Weber State but that is about it. If you want a big indoor pool and a hot tub then this is a place for you. Rooms not very well insulated, can hear a lot of voices outside your room.
