Wonderful Experience!

Extremely clean, nicely decorated, and the front desk people are brilliantly polite and helpful! If you need a place that is convenient to both Dallas and Ft. Worth, it's a great location, and my only complaint was the traffic noise from the highway (which...hey, I've had worse). All in all, a great experience.

The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and clean. All rooms were renovated in August of this year. The lobby is nice and contemporary. The staff is pleasant.
 
 
 
 
 
DONT STAY HERE

Lets start off with this: Pool out of service - staff had no idea when it would opened back up WiFi never worked, even with 2 calls to costumer support Even though the breakfast was comp, if you had any selection, Army food is better Found and extracted 1 beetle and 1 cockroach from the room. Some staff spoke english. This was a business trip and I will make sure my company does not allow any employees to stay here again.

NEVER..I say NEVER again!!!

My advise to anyone. Do NOT stay here. We were guaranteed a price by our booking agent and it was denied at check in. We paid a higher rate, because it was "race" weekend and all hotels were full. When we checked out, they had credited back the rate we signed for on our credit card, and charged an even higher rate. This is a sub-standard hotel....I don't even give it 1 star. I can't begin to tell you, how rude the front desk staff was.....
