My family and I made prior, online reservation for Mother's Day weekend for our Sea World trip. So prior to checking in we were at Sea World all day and being out in the hot sun my, 17 months-old, son were sweating and tired. However, when we walked in the hotel the front desk people looked at us with an unwelcomed look like we were lost because of outdoor outfit. They acted like we were a walk-in family trying to find a cheap hotel as if we couldn't afford to stay there; however, they attitude changed once they knew we made reservation or it. Can they make their facial expression more obvious?!?!?! Overall the stay was good, but the front desk should be better trained to greet their customer.
