We have stayed at this hotel many times and each time we request double beds. 3 out of 4 times we have had to have the room changed because they put us in a room with one king. Also the AC does not work well. hallway had to be at least 100 and room wasnt much cooler and unit made loud rattling sound all night!!!! I see where the review about the AC was wrote on July 4th. We stayed on the 26th...I believe they have had adequate time to repair or at least warn about the heat!!!!Do Not Recommend!!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No airconditioning in the room. The hall was about a 100 degrees. My room may have cooled down to in the 80's. Miserable, got up after trying to sleep, was only there for about 6 hours. Went to take a shower, and rusty crap comes out of the faucet. I was pissed. Waited to see if it would clear up and it did. So took a shower and got the hello out of there. Went to check out and told the lady, and she said that she had had complaints about the airconitioning. Well Duh!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at a Motel 6 that was nicer than this,
 
 
 
 
 
Enjoyed our stay

Very nice room for a pet room. Many amenities included. Would have preferred easier entry from the outer doors instead of having to go through the main lobby every trip, especially with a dog. The free breakfast was small but really nice. We thought the Texas shaped waffles cute and the juice was wonderful. The bathroom was large and accessible for handicapped if needed. Was right off the highway, but the access ramps are very confusing in this town.

The first floor hall and the refreshment area had an odod that was a lot like spoilled milk, at times it was tolerable and most of the time it was awful. I am a smoker but I couldn't stand to stay in one of the smoking rooms because of the odor that they left in the room, you know there is Fabreze and odo-ban to help with those odors.

The service was excellent. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Within 5 minutes of the Air Base.

The service was great, and the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were fairly large, and the breakfast was, well to sum it up, the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. i will definately go back.

We liked the hotel because the people were friendly and were very helpful with any questions. We liked the location to the Sheppard AFB and to the Wichita Falls Airport. The rooms were clean and the service was good. Very comfortable beds and we liked the idea of a recliner too. Any changes would be to leave more towels in the rooms. For two people we ran out quickly.We did not have are room cleaned one day and we did not have enough towels for another day.
 
 
 
 
 
Will never use this hotel again!

For your money I would go to motel 6 before I would spend another night in this hotel. Also they were doing painting on our door and others around our room. They even took the number off the door of our room when we were out eating. The smell of paint was bad enought then add the hot building and it was one sick stay. You may want to try Super 8 just behind it.
