Horrible!!!!
It was cheap, but not worth it at all. I was not expecting a spectacular hotel, but it was not even somewhat decent. We checked in and then took our time to get to our room (maybe 10-15 minutes). Once we were in there we looked around, and found out how dirty the room was. There were shorts left from the last person in the bathroom and the floor was dirty. I tried to flush the toilet and it did not work. Then there was not even one small bar of soap provided. There were also no towels in the room. Needless to say, we decided to leave. Checking all of this took, maybe 15 minutes. We went to the front desk with our complaints and to get a refund becuase we were not trying another room. The man at the front desk told us we had been in the room for several hours (which was not true at all) and said we were lying. He said the best he could do was give us a 15% refund becuase we took that room and he could have rented it to someone else (there might have been 2 other cars in the parking lot, there was no one else to rent the room too).
After getting home from the trip I wrote the company to attempt to get a full refund. When I did hear from them they said it is up to the individual motel and they would contact them. A week or so later I was told everything we said in the complaint was again a lie and they would not give a refund.
I would never recommend this motel. The motel and the company have extremely poor customer service and are difficult to deal with.
