Econo Lodge Riverside, Pigeon Forge

It is really difficult to find any fault with this motel. There was a slight noise when the AC kicked in. Other than that every thing about the motel was perfect. For this price, having a frig and microwave is incredible! Pool and other amenities easily accessbile. The motel was maxed out, but no shortage on food for breakfast. And we are talking fruit, eggs, biscuits and gravy, along with muffins and cereal. Everything was fresh, clean, neat. Staff very friendly and accommodating....and patient with so many guests! Close to Dollywood and other attractions. We highly recommend this place.

Even though it was an older building it was first rate inside. I had room on 3rd floor that was creek-side and it was quite, bed was great, and bath was clean with plenty of water pressure in shower. The only problem was the WiFi reception in room 386. It was very low and dropped connection. Other than that I was well pleased and will stay again. Although I didn't eat breakfast there I walked through and it was well above the average and there was plent of tables and space to accommodate the people there.

My family and I have been staying here a few times a year for the last 5 years. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool is very nice and warm. The creek out back is a great place to feed the ducks and skip rocks. We love the area and it is close to everything. Rooms are always clean. We won't stay anywhere else in the area. Thank you Econo Lodge for always making our stay comfortable.

The Econo Lodge Riverside is very nice and clean. The prices are reasonable. My family enjoyed our stay there and will stay again.

The Econo Lodge Riverside is a gorgeous hotel with plush rooms and nice amenities. The only two problems...room doors open to the outside, you can hear every noise outside your room door. Also, TV placement in the King Size Bed suites is strange. Other than that, a great place. Fast Internet. Would definitely consider another stay.

We have been coming to pigeon forge every year for the last 20 years this is our first time staying in this hotel or shall I say home away from home......The rooms was nice and clean they was like a little apartment if your staying a week the closets and cabinets come in handy....If your on a tight budget the breakfast is great!!!! sausage gravy & biscuits eggs,muffins,lots more yum......our room was on the river,you dont feel like your in town,very peaceful..the indoor pool was wonderful especially since it rained a few days that we was there,my kids loved it......I had called ahead for reservations & asked for a lower rate they priced it at 55 when I called back to confirm they let us have the rooms at 53 a night,they are well worth the money....I dont believe we will go anywhere else....

We stayed here a week and had a pretty nice stay but we had a really small room on the third floor by the pool . We were quoted 45 and 65 a night on the weekend. When we left we were charged 67 and 97 plus tax per night. Adam said he was the manager but come to find outthe gen managers name is Larry Brown. So my overall is ok you just have a group of people here that want to beat the working man down and not do the right thing. I would say if you are going to have to pay this much per night stay at Riverstone Resort It is a SUPER nice place there in Pigeon Forge and the staff will go above and beyond to do what you need there unlike here at econo lodge.

It lived up to its reputation for being clean -- the room smelled fresh, the linens were white, appliances clean. The breakfast room was very nice and a decent selection of breakfast items, hot & cold. There were probably about 24 tables in the room, and a woman did a very nice job of keeping food containers full and tables wiped off. My only problem was the room was small - I would not ask for a king size bed if I go back. It was well worth the $$.

We were very pleased with the service and rooms at the Econo Lodge Riverside. The kids loved the pool and especially feeding the ducks. Will stay again!

Checked out of a pig stye down the road (River Chase) at 7:30 am and walked into Riverside to try to get a room for the night not expecting to be able to check-in until the afternoon. Desk attendant was very helpful and found us a clean room and allowed us to check-in that early so we could shower and try to sleep a little. Room was basic but was clean with frig. and microwave. Would defintiely stay here again.
