Hotel ruined our vacation

What they say you'll get is not necessarily what you will get. We upgraded to the Club level and was supposed to get high speed internet, drinks and hors d'oerves, bigger room etc. What we got? The drinks were soda, the hors d'oerves were over-cooked chicken wings. The internet was $10 a day. The room was small, dirty and unheated for the first day. The bathroom has no heat at all! The walls are paper thin. The pool shallow and dirty. The staff doesn't replenish the towels frequently enough at the pool or the food in the club room. The tv was broken and the parking (we were told was free) cost $25 a day for valet overnight parking. We sometimes waited in the cold for 20 minutes for a parking attendant to show up or to bring us the car. They have a Sheraton guarrantee. But whenevr we complained we always got the same thing. My wife and I call it the SHeraton shrug. They wrinkle their faces, look surprised and shrug their shoulders. "We're shocked" they say. It ruined our trip.
