Days Inn Clearfield, Clearfield

Now that the new owner took over sometime back this place has takin a turn for the best - Nice clean rooms, Front desk people are very nice, The DJ that plays there is really nice he played anything we wanted to hear. If your looking for a nicely priced place to stay this is it. Very close to alot of places to eat and just down over the hill from Wal Mart.

I HONESTLY ONLY LIKED LEAVING THIS PLACE..IT WAS VERY UNCLEAN..RUDE PEOPLE...THE LOUNGE WAS NOT CLEAN MY SHOES STUCK TO THE FLOOR AS I WALKED ON IT...THE ROOM WAS A DISASTER..WE ACTUALLY HAD DIRTY USED SHEETS ON THE BED..HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE BRING US CLEAN SHEETS AND I HAD TO MAKE MY OWN BED..THEY HAD NO MAID SERVICE IN THE EVENING...AS FAR AS THE POOL GOES IT LOOKS NICE FROM THE ROAD BUT THE BOTTOM WAS GREEN WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL....THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN..I DON'T NO HOW IT STAYS OPEN..WE WAS IN THE JACCUZI ROOM THE MIRRORS WERE FILTHY NEVER CLEANED..THE TOWELS WERE ALL STAINED THE FLOOR WAS NEVER MOPPED OR VACCUUMED..THE A/C DIDNT WORK THERE WAS USED SOAP IN THE ONE SINK THE TRASH WAS NEVER TAKIN OUT OF THE BATHROOM...NOT A NICE STAY....

This place was totally disgusting. I knew from walking to our room it was wasn't good. We walked into our room and if it weren't for being so dead tired we would have turned around and walked out. There was mildew all over the wall/door area and even leaves behind the door. Obviously the room smelled moldy. When we went to go to bed the bed linen was disgusting and had grass clippings in it. So we went to the other bed only to find burn holes in the bedspread. The only good thing was the shower! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was quoted a price on the phone and when I checked out - it was $10.00 more. I asked the clerk why and she said it was because they were sold out that night of my stay and the price went up because of availability???? I have wrote a letter to the Days Inn Corporation. Have stayed at several other Days Inn and have never experience anything like this.....absolutely disgusting.

After reading some reviews I was a little worried that I would be disappointed. I wasn't at all, my stay was wonderful. I was happy with everything. Was it perfect? No, but for the money it was a fantastic value. The room was clean, the carpet was new, the furniture was a little old but who cares really. There was a nice sized TV with a lot of channels to choose from. The bathroom was very clean and it had a heat lamp to warm the room. The best part was that the shower had a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was also a bar to hold on to in the tub. The refrigerator was a little old but it worked fine and everything stayed cold. The king sized bed was a little too hard but that's normal. The sheets and blankets were clean and fresh and they did give me extra pillows upon request. Everybody who worked there was helpful, they had a nice breakfast available too. There were plenty of inexpensive restaurants in the area and the hotel itself was right off of I-80. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there and would recommend this hotel to any budget conscious traveler. When asked about the previous poor reviews I was told they have new mangament. Thumbs up on this hotel.

The Days Inn in Clearfield pa. Was the dirtiest motel i ever seen, We was rudely given a room. The front desk person was very unfriendly,BUT we was tired needed sleep. We finally get to the room, It was gross, NO SMOKING room had burn holes in the carpet..Dirty stained linen and bedding, Smell of mold when we opened the door, Found old moldy food in the dresser drawer, We ended up leaving. Went and paid a lil extra for the SUPER 8 MOTEL. It was clean and friendy...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE DAYS INN.VERY OLD DINGY MOTEL..

Its a Days Inn!! I expected a clean comfortable room with decent service and that's what I got. The lounge was OK (did not hear any noise from my room)and the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better - but the coffee was suprisingly good (and real milk too)..

This motel was nasty.......burn holes in bedspead...bathroom was NOT CLEAN!!..will never stay at a days inn again...Had to take my kid's to burger king for breakfast...Their breakfast was a cold bowl of cereal or a waffle...Nothing that my little ones could eat..booked room for 2 nights left after 1st night...and the lady at the desk was rude because i wanted my money back for the 2nd night....I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS MOTEL....

I LIKED NOTHING.....FILTHY DIRTY NASTY CRUDE AND RUDE SERVICE...YOU'D THINK BEING WINTER YOU'D GET A HEATER IN YOUR ROOM...I GUESS THE HEAT IS EXTRA....PAID TOO MUCH TOO FREEZE FOR THE NIGHT......NASTY STAINS ON THE BEDSPREAD..NOT SURE WHAT THAT WAS..BUT MY GUESS IT WASNT ANYTHING NICE...THE HAIR DRYER I HAD TO RUN FOR HEAT STARTED SMOKING...IN A NON-SMOKING ROOM.....TALK ABOUT A DUMP....NEXT TIME I'LL STAY IN A MORE EXPENSIVE MOTEL SO I CAN AT LEAST SLEEP WITH THE HEAT ON......WASTE OF HARD EARNED CASH HERE...

This motel is not fit to keep a dog in much less a person..The general manager was rude very unfriendly. Refused to return my money. Room was unfit to stay in..Was dirty the bedspread burn holes in a non-smoking room..My socks were black after walking around in the room..The restroom toilet was horrible hasn't been cleaned in months..Never wil stay in a days inn again..I rate this DUMP an -F...

This motel was dirty and unfriendly..Maids were RUDE!!!!...Pool was dirty...Room was unclean..There was no hot water... I DONT RECOMEND THIS MOTEL...VERY UNSATISFACTORY !!! HOT BREAKFAST WAS A WAFFLE OR COLD CEREAL...
