If you want to see dysfunction at work, check-in to this place! I promise you that it will take at least half an hour to check-in to your room...they must hire their front desk people from Sesame Street! Also, hope that you don't have an issue once you check -in like, your internet not working..they will have no answer for you. Maid service around 4pm..if at all..tons of shady looking people that live in the hotel. My suggestion by pass this one & find somewhere else to stay!!

We were tranferred to this hotel from another. The value was good. The rooms clean. good hospitality. Rooms hard to get to. Drive up. Can't get back to main area through the hotel. Would have liked a fridge and microwave.

Never ever ever stay here unless you absolutely have to. The bathroom was too small to sit in, and whenever you went to the bathroom, your knee would hit the tub. Also, the tub was so gross, i was afraid to go in without shoes. Our room, though it was a non smoking room, smelled of a putrid mix of old hot dogs and cigarettes. Also our toilet clogged easily and you only got about 3 minutes of hot water in the shower. The service was abysmal. Many of the employees spoke either no or very poor English. When we asked one employee for extra towels (there weren't any when we got there) he replied "Uno momento" which we now know means 3 hours later in Spanish. I have no idea how this place stays open. Oh on a high note the internet connection was good.
