Gateway Travel Lodge, Breezewood

When we checked in we found the staff unknowledgable, and very rude. I booked the reservation for 2 nights in a smoking room. What they initially gave us was for 1 night. We told them that the reservation was for 2 nights and the lady waiting on us, huffed as she had to correct her error. We go to the room to find out that it is non-smoking. Again we had to go back to the desk. We contacted the manager, and he corrected the problems we had with the staff. I'm sure this is not typical of the service. If you are looking for a nice hotel, for reasonable money, then this is the one.
