As coach, we brought 26 families to your hotel and received a group rate of $169. Next year we will certainly go somewhere else. I can't believe BW allows this hotel to use their name. This place was a dump! We believed the rate was high I was very disappointed in the facility. The A/C fan barley ran, the telephone didn't work, no wireless internet??? One national news channel, a broken refrigerator and it smelled. We were taken! At such high rates, why not put some money back into your infrastructure. The only part of the Hotel with cool A/C was the lobby where the workers are. No need to contact us with apologies, inspect the hotel instead. Oh yea, don't plan on getting your bags to the third floor by elevator. They don't have one!

Don't Do It!!!!!

Bad, Gross, Horrible. The website site looks so good, but once you get there horrible. I checked in and went to my room, only after three hours of gettin a key to work, just gross, checked right out and went to Days Inn. Days Inn was so much cheaper and very clean. Don't let the Best Western website fool you!!!!!!

The service was not good. The so called expanded breakfast was a boiled egg. Anything other than pastries and cold cereal, you paid extra. Except of course the boiled egg. To me that is not expanded. At breakfast, they tore the food out of your hands to get you to leave. The room was nice, but again the service was not. The complementary bottle of shampoo was empty. Late check-out was not acceptable. I got the feeling we were being thrown out at 11:00a.m. There was no coffee at 11:00a.m. The staff only seemed interested in getting people out of the hotel.

just what we needed

Spent one night here while visiting Hersheypark. Location was very convenient to the park Plenty of eateries nearby for dinner, as well. Breakfast was included in our $69.00 room rate. Rooms and facilities were clean. Enjoyed the first run movies available in the room for a reasonable fee. All in all, a good deal.

Average motel, nice pool

The hotel was average. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast was poor. The motel is not in walking distance of any fast food restaurants. The location overall wasn't the greatest.

Too Expensive!

Stayed overnight Friday, 7/16/04, to go to Hershey Park. We paid $179 (almost $200 with taxes) for a little room, bathroom door was locked when we checked in, sink plug stuck in sink, tiny toilet, small room, cheap feeling. Pool closes at 10, no elevators so you schlep your stuff up the stairs (thank goodness we were on the second floor!) Breakfast too crowded (room too small for everyone), parking lot too small. Not near much, not really close to the Park. Pluses include the lovely landscaping, nice people at desk and excellent soundproofing.
