Perfect location if you don't want to be tied to a car. Walking distance to everything downtown and about 10 minutes from the Oregon State campus. The owner has always been wonderfully gracious and helpful. It is not a chain motel so don't expect it to be high end. But rooms are comfortable for a good price and you are supporting a local business.
