The "Non-Smoking Rooms" Reeked Of Stale Cigarette Smoke The Sheets Had Cigarette Burns In Them And Smelled Of Mold And Stale Cigarettes The Bathroom Was Covered In Black Mold The Pool And Hot Tub Were Filled With Dirt The Gym Equipment Was Old And Completely Rusted And There Stairs Had No Hand Rails Or Marks To Show The End Of The Steps And My 80 Year Old Grandfather Fell And Broke His Ribs The Office Did Not Refund Us And Showed Very Little Sympathy For There Neglegence Our Rooms Were Cleaned Once In The Three Days We Were There , Even After Putting Up The Sign On Our Doorknob Requesting Maid Service This Was Not A Fun Experience I Would Never Recommend This Motel To Anyone No It Was Not Worth Our Time Or Money To Stay Here I Highly Recommend Staying Somewhere Else

Very nice place in general, with good rates and friendly staff. The ajacent restraunt was also has very good food, and a nice bar/ comedy club.

Well, where do I start??? This place was filthy and disgusting. The rooms were disgustingly gross and they were set up kinda like a really low class apartment building (worse than section 8). Trust me, DON'T GO THERE!!!! The girl at the front had an attitude which surprised me since the manager whom I spoke with numerous times on the phone was so nice. We had gotten there after a VERY Long drive only to check in, pay for the night then go to our (Dirty) rooms to find that the air conditioning didn't even work. Did the girl at the front upon us checking in let us know this? NO. When I went back to the front to let her know that the rooms were hot, she said "I know, our air hasn't been working. sorry there's nothing we can do." Upon asking her for at least another fan for the adjoining room, she replied, "sorry, that's all we have. Our maintenance guy isn't here tonight." I went back to the rooms to tell my husband then we decided to find somewhere else to stay. This weekend was one of the hottest weekends there so the weather was like at least 100 degrees. The most we did was sit on the dirty beds before checking out. Upon going to the front to let them know we wanted our money back, the girl said ,"Sorry, you can't get a refund. I told you when you guys checked in that the air wasn't working." I about flipped. I told her, "no, you didn't tell us that the air wasn't working, you said nothing of the sort." Then she called the manager, she didn't answer then she said she's calling the maintenance guy up there (who remember wasn't even there). I said, "Wait, you said you didn't have a maintenance guy here tonight," She said ,"well, he lives on the premises but he's just off tonight." He came and checked on the rooms and said "Yea go ahead and give them their money back" We left out of there very quickly vowing to never ever return. We had called the Best Western Inn at the Rogue River (which by the way is a VERY nice hotel and well worth the money) and explained what had happened they apologized for what we were going through and put us up...last minute, no problem. Whatever you do, don't go to the Wild River Inn.
