Notice how the only good review for this place was about six years ago? We work out of town and in Grants Pass a lot as a lineman construction crew and we used to stay there all the time, it wasnt the cleanest but it was cheap. It is still cheap, but now it is filthy dirty and has been turned into a "by the week" crack hotel. We stayed there this week. The smoking room they gave me had no ashtray, the tv remote didnt do anything atall, and there were crumbs all over the floor, not to mention mold in the bathroom, and thats not even the worst of it. There is a very loud bar out front and I and most of the other rooms were awakened at 4 am when the police came and raided the room two doors away. This was after the noise from the bar ( sounded like a bunch of drunks having a fight ) kept us all awake until after 11:30 pm....probly would have been longer if it wasnt a Monday night. They also want a ten dollar deposit for their room key, which is just a 75 cent key on a paper ring, but when you go to turn it in before leaving in the morning, there is nobody there to give you your ten dollars back. I am sure they make plenty of extra money this way since nobody can sleep there and everyone wants to leave asap. Our crew will Never stay at this place again. Do yourself a favor and go across the street..its worth the money just to avoid this place.

The "Non-Smoking Rooms" Reeked Of Stale Cigarette Smoke The Sheets Had Cigarette Burns In Them And Smelled Of Mold And Stale Cigarettes The Bathroom Was Covered In Black Mold The Pool And Hot Tub Were Filled With Dirt The Gym Equipment Was Old And Completely Rusted And There Stairs Had No Hand Rails Or Marks To Show The End Of The Steps And My 80 Year Old Grandfather Fell And Broke His Ribs The Office Did Not Refund Us And Showed Very Little Sympathy For There Neglegence Our Rooms Were Cleaned Once In The Three Days We Were There , Even After Putting Up The Sign On Our Doorknob Requesting Maid Service This Was Not A Fun Experience I Would Never Recommend This Motel To Anyone No It Was Not Worth Our Time Or Money To Stay Here I Highly Recommend Staying Somewhere Else

Very nice place in general, with good rates and friendly staff. The ajacent restraunt was also has very good food, and a nice bar/ comedy club.
