Best deals found with a little searching
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/9/10
The resort is is spread out with wide open grass areas and hiking trails down to the river. They have a great pool area with 2 spas. The river trail is a must do when staying at Mt Bachelor village. MTBcondo dot com has a great deal if you can find it online.

Excelent!
By JoshB, 12/6/07
I have stayed here many times, mostly in the River Ridge Condos, once in the Ski House Condos. The River Ridge Condos may be a little pricey, but in my opinion it is worth it. You get an excelent view, with the river running right in the canyon below your deck (that has your own private hot tub). They are very spacious with full, roomy kitchens. They seem very private considering they are condos, I have never had any problems with noise from the neighbors. As far as the Ski House condos, they are a great value. I stayed in the one bedroom with my girlfriend, and it was plenty of room. It had a full kitchen. The only downside is not as good of a view as the River Ridge condo, and of course no private hot tub. But you cant beat the price. Of course with your stay in any of the units at Mt Bachelor Village you get full access to the Bend Althetic Club which is a VERY nice facility, and also has a very nice resturaunt inside. As far as the staff goes, they pretty much leave you alone unless you call them for something, and then have prompt service. I highly recomend this place to anyone on a budget or anyone looking for luxury accomadations.

Hot, but relaxing
By NY Lady, 4/11/07
I would have enjoyed my stay a lot more if there was A/C in the rooms, but it is a beautiful place and there are great hiking and mountain biking opportunites. Go in the winter or fall when the temptrature is lower!

Great Accomodations and Location
By Roger, 4/1/07
We had the two story-two bedroom townhouse set up with a full kitchen. Our decks had wonderful views and the living area was very comfortable. Master suite was simply the best. Very close to downtown Bend and all the local activities. Our new place when staying in Bend!

Wow! Great Place!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/3/06
From the moment I checked in, I felt like I was home. The front desk was so friendly and helpful and I loved my room. Location close to town was terrific because I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere. I would definately reccomend this to a friend. It was a little pricer than some but in the end I felt like it was worth it.

No air conditioning
By Betty Rodriguez, 7/8/05
I was very dissapointed with our stay (although I must say the staff went all out to try to make us happy). My main gripe was the fact that there was no a/c (the temperatures get up to 90 degrees in the summer. They told us to open the windows at night when it gets considerably cooler--which created a bug problem with missing screens (and it didn't help the temperature during the day). The units are privately owned and rented through the rental program at the resort. I was told that they are urging the unit owners to upgrade the rooms and add a/c. We were eventually moved to another room which does have a portable a/c and that room was decorated beautifully and I have no complaints (other than the open windows at night and the sprinklers coming on at 5am).

The best place to stay in Bend.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/7/05
The grounds are nice. The accomodations were comfy, especially the fireplace. Its close to the mountain, right on the same road. Huge pool and spas. A great trail and picnic area right on the river. Its much better than the price. I've stayed at several other places, this is the cleanest, nicest, and without question, the quietist.
