clean and comfortable rooms. Across the street from the college. Not able to access entrance off main road except fromone direction, U-turn needed from downtown or college.

Decent place

Continental breakfast was late opening so we missed taking advantage of that. Rooms overlooked a nice creek. Easy to findjust off the interstate. Check in was pleasant.

The staff was very rude

Customer service is horrible and the general manager was rude as well. We requested a ground floor room for our elderly parents and were told they could not confirm this even though they have many, many ground floor rooms. We will never use this hotel again.

A nice place to stay

We had a suite with two decks. The room was very nice. Enjoyed our one night stay. The check in clerk was very helpful with places to eat. Would stay there again

Excellence....

We chose Best Western Greentree Inn for a sleepover on our way back from our road trip to San Francisco. We picked Eugene because It's about in between San Francisco and Seattle. The location is really convinience, close to Freeway and right across from the University of Oregon. Breakfast menu was great, rooms are very clean, and really nice Lobby too. I would definetely go back to stay in this hotel again. And if you decide to stay in this hotel, don't forget to stop by at the Chinese Restaurant right down the street about 1 block away. The place is so nice, and the food is great.
