VERY DISAPPPOINTED
I gave my children a night in the Ramada when they went to OKC to see a broadway production of The Lion King. We called ahead two weeks in advance for reservations and I was assured that I could use my Wyndam Rewards points with no problems. The children arrived and were told they couldn't use the points; that I had to make a phone call to the office off in some other place. I did and was told it was closed until the next business day. When I called back I got this song and dance about how the lady had only worked there for a month and wasn't really sure when she made the reservations how the rewards points worked. Long story short, I had to give her my credit card number to get my children the room and it was twenty dollars higher than the price which I should have paid in the beginning even without my points. Then when my children, ages 35 and 40 and two little girls, 11 and 9, got in their room there wasn't enough towels so they called for more and were told they'd have to come back to the office to get them. Plus, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room because of allergies and guess what ... it smelled like smoke. So no, I would not go back to this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to others and I definitely wouldn't try to use my points there.
