It was enjoyable
While it is an older building, and their are repairs that is needed, What motel usually doesn't have something wrong with it? Yes the lock was a problem, but the night shift clerk just had to reprogram it and it was fixed. The hottub had been turned into a deck which made a nice area to sit in, and at least that way we weren't disturbed by idiots wanting to jump the fence to sit in the tub at 2 am. While their price is a little steep, around 69$ or higher a night, it is still cheaper then many of the run down dumps surrounding it. We had also stayed in the comfort inn there and the first floor flooded. THe only bad part is that there is a bar there and that always bring trouble to my experience, but their staff keeps a very close eye on things and responds quickly to any situation that might arise. After visiting with the manager about the visit, we have decided that as long as they don't change the staff or the manager, then we will continue to visit and stay there each year.

HORRIBLE! DON'T STAY HERE!
By ,
The hotel was not clean! The carpet had not been vacuumed recently. None of the ice machines worked. The hot tub was empty. The laundry room was out of order. The "security" door on the back of the hotel would not open with your key. AS a matter of fact, at 6am I went to my car to discover the door had been propped open with the exterior trash can! Real secure!!! The staff went around turning out lights on you. I tried to talk to the manager, but he was never available, even though he lived there! A friend traveling with us had to request clean sheets because of the hairs and stains on her bed! That went well with the old pizza that had been left in her refrigerator! This is a horrible hotel and with taxes we paid $76/night. Only one night of course! Stay away!! Stacy A., Muskogee, OK

Disgusted

My room was located near the inside pool, it was a very musty smell. The mattress on our beds were extremely worn. We also noticed small bugs in our bed and room. The bathroom was old and not very clean due to mildew. We slept in our clothes. The receptionist was very nice....
