Website needs to be updated

Before chosing this hotel we called them and ask several questions like do you have coffee makers in the rooms, yes do you accept pets yes. We checked into the hotel at 5pm and did not go to our rooms until 11pm at this time the rooms were dirty, beds unmade, dirty soiled underwear on the floor, poop in the toilet, no towels, no COFFEE MAKERS. We had to ask to be get different rooms then they gave us a room that the lights did not work in them so we had to ask to be changed again. The rooms were cleaned but still dirty, the sheets had stains and still no coffee maker, per the website and per the phone conversations we had with the hotel, they said they had coffeemakers but when we ask about the coffee makers they said they never had them. We can live without the coffeemaker, we will just have to learn to bring our own but we did learn to check in early, check the rooms out before leaving the hotel for the rabbit show. We come to Duncan 3 maybe 4 times a year and Duncan Inn is the best price hotel, just needs to update the website and get new maid staff.
