Comfortable and Clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/27/10
We stay at the Marriot several times a year due to having to take my husband to Baptist Hsop. The staff and managment team are very friendly and the rooms are the cleanest rooms always. The only thing we do not do there is eat. The meals are a little pricey for what they serve. We do LOVE the resturant across the street (walking distance) Beverly's Pancake House. They have a new manager and some new waitstaff there and the food is all homemade. We get in and out in time for appt. at the hospital. We eat at least two meals a day there when we stay at this terrific hotel. They should get together and do some kind of deals together for the hotel guest. that would be GREAT. the food at the hotel is good....just to expensive. Plus you can walk of the meal when you go back to the hotel. KUDOs to the Marriott staff and managment.

Nice accomidations, helpful conference staff
By Kevin and Jackie, 12/9/08
We stay once a year for a conference and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are nice and the cafe downstairs is good for breakfast or lunch. The staff that helps us with the conference are part of the reason we go there every year - VERY helpful in getting us what we need, whether it's podiums moved to different rooms, water urns refilled, more chairs... if you need the meeting room tidied up in the middle of the day, just stop by the front desk and they will send someone for you. We have never had any problems with our room or our event there.

one of the best marriotts ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/10/08
This was a great hotel! I was only in town for one night for a funeral, but i could have lived there a whole lot longer than that! Staff was extremeny friendly, and the room was very clean. The only thing I don't recommend is to go to Beverlies chicken to eat because the service was terrible, but there are lots of other restaurants around

Think Twice
By R, 4/1/07
We have stayed at the Marriott on NW Expressway. First time the bathroom was filthy and when you took a shower, it bubbled up in the sink. There were dirty room service dishes still left in our room from the previous people. Then we were given another night free for our issues. A year later when we decided to try it again, there were still issues with the bathroom shower being dirty and there were dirty room service trays with food on them left in the hallways (yes the same trays) for over 9 hours. It was a gross trip back to our room. As for the bar, Russells, it used to be a good place to go for a night out, but the present manager is letting the club go downhill and fast.

Been there, loved it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/19/06
The service was excellent, we had a large group of people with about 50 rooms and everyone was well satisfied with room and service and cleanliness. The food is a little pricey, but the company paid for that, otherwise we would have had to eat elsewhere, but it was very good. Am hoping to take my husband with me on a seperate trip.

Fine hotel, but out of the way
By anonymous, 9/3/04
If you're looking for a downtown hotel within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions, then pass on the Oklahoma City Marriott. It's located on a busy highway, although far enough off the road that we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The hotel's restaurants were good, though not exceptional. The rooms are very nice, attractive, and clean. And although there's free onsite parking, expect to get in your car for visit other eateries or do some shopping or sightseeing.

Nice Hotel
By Luke, 6/21/04
The best thing about this hotel is it's great location (on Northwest Expressway) and it's large indoor/outdoor pool. The room views are nice too.
