Days Inn Tulsa Airport South, Tulsa

We were horrified to find that our bathroom had not been cleaned, there was smeared feces on the toilet and when we contacted the manager he sent what we assumed was housekeeping over, they handed us some cleaning supplies and left. We had to clean our bathroom ourselves. We cleaned the bathroom and I let management know how disgusted I was and they didn't seem to care. The next day when we returned the bedding had not been changed and the floor had not been vaccumed. If you stay at this hotel be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies.

Decent motel,rooms were clean,breakfast was decent,pool was nice. Decent prices.

I was assured that my beds would have all clean sheets,blankets and comforters put on if I would call 2 hrs before arriving, for I have a severe allergy to dustmites, before booking this room. When I called to let the hotel know that we would be arriving in about 2 hrs, I was informed that we would have to change our own bedding out!!! When housekeeping made our beds the next morning, they did not bother to take away the sheets,blankets and comforter that we had to change out. They left them sitting in our room. Our room was to be a non-smoking room. Someone had obviously smoked in there at some point. There were cigarete burns marks on the side of the tub!! The breakfast area, on both days that we stayed, had all dirty tables, and breakfast item availability was extremly low. The 2nd day their waffle machine was not working and no much to chose from on the other breakfast items.

I travel alot and stay at many hotels, this is the worst days inn that i have ever stayed at in my life, the room smelled and i did not have cellullar service because of the big cell tower that was at the back of the hotel according to the service desk rep that was very rude. the high speed internet only worked if you were in the front lobby but not in your room. I requested to check out after being there an hour and saw a bug crawl from under the door of the room next to me. The guest service rep told me that i could not hav a refund and finally gave it back to me after i complained about the quality of the room, after i returned back hom i saw that my credit card had been recharged for the room. don't stay at this hotel if you are a clean person that needs internet or cellular service whil you are away.

Great service! It is close to downtown, and close to many restaurants. I've decided I won't stay anywhere else when I travel to Tulsa.
