Days Inn Enid, Enid

First, upon check-in the rate that I was quoted was questioned, even though I did have a conformation number. They gave me the rate that was but did not like it. But after giving me that rate I was told that the weeks after that the rate would increase. Second, when I turned my sheets down to go to bed I discovered that the sheets had not been changed from when the last people stayed in there. "I guess room service forgot". Third, I call the front desk and they brought me new sheets and then they just left. The man that brought the sheets said he would report it to the manager in the morning. I had to change my own sheets. I wonder if asking for some of my money back would be considered rude? I think not!!! Think twice about staying here seriously.

The staff did seem rather nice, but that was it. The slideshow and panoramic photos of this place are like a bad internet dating service. They look nothing like the photos. The carpet turned the bottoms of our socks brown within a matter of minutes. There were two Pepsi bottles under the beds with a little fuzzy Pepsi in each of them. There was boogers wiped on the picture above one of the beds. There was mold growing on the shower curtain and the toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The beds were like something at your great-grandma's house; they made a peculiar "BOING" sound whenever you moved on them. They never used fitted sheets either, just two flat sheets that slid all over the bed. The stairwells were badly maintained an poorly lit and smelled of cheap beer. If you love your family, go somewhere else.

i love the place for a couple of reasons first one staff is friendly to me my husband and my daughter 2 there rooms are nice and clean room with 2 beds and still it had a mic and fridge which helped alot with us having to keep our milk fresh 3 it was easy access to get someone to come help us if we needed there 2 and 3 shift girls helped alot 3 reason is because it was easy to get my daughter to eat breakfast without having to go out of the hotel to eat breakfast that gave us a chance to eat at the hotel and then worry about going out later it's a nice hotel they have fresh coffee for you guys what else can we excpect cheap clean and comfort is all i need and with there staff being so nice what can i say go stay there you wont regret it

this hotel rocks the staff is friendly and the housekeepers are clean the rooms are excellent and well everything fit in place thanks too the friendly afternoon staff at days inn 2nd and 3rd shift are great thanks i would for sure come back thanks
