Average, I wouldn't want to pay top dollar.

I just needed a place in central Tulsa to crash for a night, and the place exceeded my expectations, which were set at Motel level.
The room seems nice enough and the cleanliness wasn't bad, except the bathroom could have used a decent amount of work. Again, not disgusting, but still it should have been cleaner.
The wi-fi is pretty much pointless, the signal is low, but it appears every room has a data port with ethernet cable already there for you, so that is what I used.
Decent amenities I guess, (seems harder and harder these days to get an iron and ironing board, but this place had that covered at least). There was no fridge or microwave in the room however, nor a mini-bar... so that was slightly annoying. There is a hotel saloon though, and it seemed rather hoping when I walked in.
The place doesn't seem to be the quietest, and I think it caters to both business, and drops its rates to fill its rooms, thus attracting a nosier bunch as well. I was there on a Friday, so not sure what it would be like during the week.
