4 reviews for Atrium Hotel, Springdale
The Worst Experience EVER
By Shortee, 12/28/08
First impression was good. As I checked in, people who worked up front were great in their jobs too. After staying a day, there was an Indian party just next to my room that some random Indians (later they told me they're owners) were throwing at that time. The pool was suppose to be open till 10pm, but they locked the pool that day early and threw me&my family out, without any advance notice. Later just out of nowhere they demanded me to leave the hotel, they were threatening me, told me I will have a big problems that I will regret, and bunch of aggressive threats.... I didn't have any option but to LEAVE. I checked in LiveINN same night(by the way my stay there was great) because I was out of town, but felt horrible how I got treated by Indian People. I tried to look up on internet about reviews of that hotel, and found out that people were completely unhappy, and on top of that I found that recently there was some gun shots, and couple murders and rapes in that hotel. I wish I looked those reviews before even I decided to stay at Lexington Hotel. I was with my family husband and 2 kids, I can't imagine that I even took a risk of staying there. And the way that Indian people treated me, I have nothing to say but to leave it all to Almighty. I wish I could afford to get a lawyer and suit them for discrimination and conducting unethical business... PLEASE BE AWARE AND IMAGINE ALL CRIME THAT HAPPENED, AND DON'T BUY NICE LOOK OF THAT PLACE. YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST AND YOU DON'T WANT TO GAMBLE YOUR LIFE FOR 10 BUCKS LESS THAN YOU PAY ANYWHERE ELSE.....

I love this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/08/07
A lot of the other reviews are very negative towards this hotel. Once a year my family travels to Springdale and almost every time we stay in the Hampshire House. I do not think the hotel is the most beautiful or luxurious hotel there ever was, but it is decent and I have always loved staying in it. One reason being that it has a huge pool and a big hot tub which are ideal for large groups. It also has an big area next to the pool great for hanging out in or playing games. It also has a workout room which is a nice bonus. I have always enjoyed this hotel and to be honest the times my family has stayed in other hotels, I wish we would have stayed in the Hampshire House instead.

Pretty Good

I do not think this hotel is as bad as the other reviews make it seem. It's not a five star hotel, but I have stayed here several times for family reunions and found it to be decent. The pool is nice for kids to play in. I did not find it to be dirty or smelly. I would stay there again.
