Miserable

Stayed there for 3 days in December; probably the poorest quality Hyatt I've ever visited. One-cup-at-a-time coffee maker, bad room service, and cumbersome and overpriced wi-fi system. None of that mattered though, because the room was so hot we couldn't sleep. The AC had been converted to heat & there was no air circulation. First call, they sent up a guy who pretended to fix the problem but didn't. Second call, they admitted they couldn't fix it, but offered to "pre-cool" another room. When we asked them how they could do that without AC, & they didn't know. Finally they gave us two 1970s-era table fans, which at least moved the warm air. One of the fans quit in the middle of the night. When we left, one of the valet parkers messed up the steering adjuster knob, which fell on the floor as we were driving away. Had to put it back together ourselves.
The people were very nice, and the room had a nice view of the Capitol.
