VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
Checked in 3/31/11 Evening – 4/5/2011 Afternoon
I selected The Marriott Crabtree, Raleigh, NC, due to there reputation as well as I was a vendor in the Bridal Show, which was held there.
The evening I checked in, the customer service seem nice, (lol) until I required their services at the front desk regarding being able to control the air. That was the start of everything. I tried calling from the room phones (2) in the room. Neither one worked; so I had to use my cell phone to call them. I was informed someone would be up to assist me with changing to another room. I waited, and waited (20 mins) passed by. I still wasn’t pleased, because there was cool air coming out of the vents even as I increase the temp. Couldn’t get the warm air AT ALL!! OK let that past!
Oh my, after the event wanting to go and relax, I went to my room and there was a problem with the key. Couldn’t get in, again call front desk and they sent someone up, sure he open the door to let me in… but, he told me he had to exchange the key and will return soon. (that was ok, I could understand that) My friend best from NY assist me on this trip, we was talking about the service here, the customer service key person returned, but we didn’t know. Guess what he was doing??? Listening to our conversation of complaints about this Hotel. How we found out… my friend happen to walk to the door and open it and there he was standing. Of course COLD BUSTED!!!
I can admit the breakfast was GREAT!!
Do I recommend The Marriott Crabtree, Raleigh, NC NO!!!!!!
NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME!!
