Very clean and quiet. All the staff were quite nice and helpful. Only drawback was the breakfast. All in all, great room for the price and location!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean (I stayed in the first building) and the outside pool atmosphere was great! I will stay again next year.

Quiet, clean, friendly, and conveniently located near everything I needed without the high cost of the other hotels in the area. They do need to update the website to let people know there is no restaurant now.

Do not expect to get what they offer! No ammeneties, states they have suites when they do not. Rooms are very shabby, but clean. NO Pool. NO Microwave. No free breakfast. Had to request extras like refrigerator before check in to get one, very spacious rooms can accomodate more than they offer. Restaurant had very poor food, service by wait staff was good.

Do not book at this hotel. Even with a confirmed reservation for a specific price they will add fees to your rate, and will not credit them. Fees for things you may not want. Like unlimited local phone calls. Didn't want it. They would not budge. Have they heard there are cellphones today that over 50% of the population uses? I will be disputing with my credit card company. This is a CHEAP nickle & dime operation.

Staff was very courteous and rooms are clean. Hotel is quite and rooms very spacious. There is no high speed internet in the rooms, but you can you use the meeting room if you needed. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

First, do not make a judgement by the outside of this hotel. I was disappointed at first until I went inside to my room. The rooms are very big and the beds are actually soft. All of the doors leading inside the rooms stayed locked for security. The outdoor pool was excellent. It was very big. If you are traveling with children, you need to ask for a room that is by the pool. The sliding door leads right out to the pool or you could just sit in front of your room and watch the kids. I was never able to get one of these room, but I will next time. There is a restaurant but we did not eat there. This hotel is on the same exit as the Biltmore and within 5 minutes of the Biltmore. I would recommend staying here. The price was more reasonable than any of the others that I looked at.

The staff was very nice, and helpful. The restaurant was a good place to eat breakfast, and reasonable (if you like southern breakfasts). The rooms were clean. The only things I saw that were amiss, was, we didn't have quite enough shampoo, soap, etc., but we could've requested more, but didn't really need to. Also, the heating was noisy, and probably needed updating, but other than that everything was great.
